Winter 2019 and Spring 2019 courses are now available. Faculty who teach during these terms may begin preparing their Moodle and Canvas courses. Students are also being loaded into courses, and updated nightly, but will not have access until faculty make the course(s) visible by “showing” in Moodle or “publishing” in Canvas.
November 26, 2018
We continue to make progress in our transition to Canvas. While faculty and instructors are encouraged to become familiar with Canvas, SSU's self-hosted Moodle will remain active for teaching through Spring 2019. However, Moodle will no longer be supported after May 23, 2019. All Summer 2019 courses will be on Canvas.
The Fall 2019 semester will be the first regular semester exclusively on Canvas. Get help or get started now at the SSU Canvas Support Center, or call 24/7 Students Canvas Hotline 833-263-0709 or 24/7 Faculty Hotline 833-263-0708.
Additional information for Instructors:
Courses are created automatically for all courses listed on the SSU schedule of classes. SSU Employees, complete the Course Request Form to request additional types of courses such as a Metacourse, Miscellaneous course, or Sandbox course.

A new Zoom Web Conferencing LTI will be installed on December 21st, please wait to add new Zoom meetings in Canvas until after that date.
